"Decent selection, but not the best deals I found"
I checked out discountcutlery expecting the prices to be a little lower, and while the site has a decent selection, the deals didn’t really stand out to me. I compared a few items with other places and some were about the same price, or even a bit cheaper elsewhere. Once shipping was added, the total felt less like a bargain. It might still be useful if you find exactly what you’re looking for, but for me the value just wasn’t quite there.

I tried getting help, but it felt like I was just being passed around in circles. Every response sent me back to the same support steps or told me to contact someone else, and nothing actually got resolved. Really frustrating customer service experience.

"I ordered two pocket knives and a sharpener..."
I ordered two pocket knives and a sharpener but only one item was actually right. The other two were things I never picked. I sent them photos and emailed about it and it still hasn’t been sorted out. Really frustrating and I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

"Slow shipping and mixed answers"
I ordered from discountcutlery.net and the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated for days, and when I tried to get an answer, I kept hearing different things, which just made it more annoying. By the time the order finally showed up, I didn’t even need it anymore. Overall, frustrating experience.

"The knife set looks decent and it does..."
The knife set looks decent and it does the job, so I can’t say it’s awful or anything. But the blades feel lighter than I expected, which is kind of annoying. I wasn’t expecting some fancy professional set for the price, but I did think they’d feel a bit sturdier in hand. They’re usable, just not exactly impressive

"Refund Took Way Too Long"
I returned my order expecting the refund to be straightforward, but it ended up taking forever. Support didn’t really give me clear answers either, so I was kind of left guessing what was going on. Reading between the lines, it felt like nobody was really taking ownership of the issue, which made the whole experience frustrating
